The qualifications of the dealers for Jereh |

1.Basic quaulifications:
|

a)
|
Should be independent corporate organization.
|
|
b)
|
Should have certain experiences and steady customers for selling Cat equipment and parts.
|
|
c)
|
The copies of the applicant's business license and ID are needed.(by fax or mail)
|
|
d)
|
The applicant is requested to fill out and submit the application form.
|
|
2. The applicant with the following qualifications has the priority:
|
|
a)
|
The annual turnover reaches RMB20,000,000.- or above.
|
|
b)
|
Have possessed perfect sales network and larger steady customers group.
|
|
c)
|
The stock amounts to RMB100,000.-150,000.0.
|
|
d)
|
Have Convienient traffic and communications.
|
|
e)
|
Have reliable bank credit.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

To be offered the most favorable price. |
| b) |
Protection policies in the distributing areas: Jereh will not quote any other customers in the distributing area.If the same inquiries are received from different customers, Jereh will tracking whether the location of the end user belongs to the distributing areas,if so,Jereh will only quote his local dealer. |

Jereh will offer technical assistance and after sale service to his dealers. |

d) |
The dealers'contacts will be added to the distributing system of Jereh's website. |

| a) |
Should accomplish the proposed annual sales stipulated in the dealers' agreement. |
| b) |
Stock a certain amount of Cat parts supplied by Jereh. |
| c) |
To purchase Cat parts only from Jereh. |
| d) |
To promote Jereh products. |
| e) |
Should frequently exchange the updating market demands with Jereh and put forward the active comments on the stocks for the fastmoving parts of the popular models of equipment. |

The process of the dealers' application |
|
|
|
| a) |
Please read the above comments, then fill out Appilication Form of Dealer and provide us the copies of the requested certificates. |
| b) |
Review each other between the principal and the applicants and negotiate for the both parties' Rights, Responsibilities as well as the distributing area. |
| c) |
Sign the dealers' Agreement. |
