Jereh reequipped one 
Cooper 350 Workover Rig 
for Qinghai Oilfield

  Jereh Company successfully reequipped one Cooper 350 Workover Rig for Qinghai Oilfield in 2001. This rig was bought in the seventies. Because of its long term service, this rig could not perform usual tasks. In the tender of reequipping this rig held by the Qinghai Oilfield, Jereh Company acquired the bid with her total advantage at the price RMB 4 million lower than that of the other two competitors. 

  The reequipping included the following items: change its Benz OM engine into CAT 3406DITA engine, change the severely damaged converter manufactured in China into Allison CLBT754DB converter with , overhaul the axles what have lost the function of traveling and braking, renovate and repair the hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and tubes and valves, print the whole rig and etc.

 Jereh engineers completed the task within 3 months in spite of the awkward working environment in Qinghai Oilfield and got the approval from the customer.

    Up to now, this new workover rig has worked for 1700 hours. Its performance is satisfactory. It has become one of the major workover rigs in Qinghai Oilfield.

    Jereh Company's solid and strong technical capability has been proved by facts once more.
